This course is the study of matter and energy and covers the basic principles of chemistry and physics. This class covers topics including scientific investigation, atomic structure, chemical bonding and reactions, motion, forces, power, heat energy, mechanical waves, sound, electricity, and magnetism. Students execute experiments in Science Fair and practice skills in hands-on laboratory procedures.
